AvtoVAZ is estimating it will post a net profit of around RBL1.5bn (US$48m) this year after unveiling losses of nearly RBL39bn for 2009 according to Russian media, although accounting standards were not available.

Reports say revenue is due to increase to RBL140bn in 2010 from RBL84bn last year, using Russian Accounting Standards.
