The units are supplied by Hella and are fitted with Osram LEDs.


Seven ‘Ostar’ LEDs made by Osram Opto Semiconductors are used in each headlamp unit – five for low beam and two for high beam. The daytime running light is made possible by a dimmer that works on the low beam, eliminating the need for an extra light source. Each headlight also has a white position light and a yellow side marker light, also LED.


Osram said the headlamp LED was developed specifically for Hella.
