The new car is to be positioned between the Nano and Indica, and will be priced between INR250,000 and INR300,000, reports say.
The model is likely to arrive at Indian dealerships by 2011.
Tata is said to have conducted a market study which showed a significant market gap between it’s Nano and Indica that will get bigger in the next decade as per capita incomes rise further in India.
