Planned production for 2008 has been reduced by 2,500 cars, according to a company spokesperson quoted by the German press agency, dpa.
Production between 26 September and 31 October will be affected.
No further measures are currently planned. Skoda produced around 630,000 cars in the Czech Republic in 2007.
