Peugeot is to preview its redesigned small station wagon at next month’s Geneva motor show as the 207 SW Outdoor Concept.

This has features that will be available on the production car (which replaces the 206SW built at the company’s shuttered Ryton factory in the UK) such as a panoramic glass roof, split-opening rear hatch and what Peugeot calls “huge modularity and spacious qualities”.

Peugeot will also launch the sporty 207 GTi THP 175 three-door hatchback with 1.6-litre turbo high pressure petrol engine with direct injection, producing 175bhp and 240Nm of torque from 1,600 rpm – the result of a collaboration between PSA Peugeot Citroën and the BMW Group, which uses a similar engine in the new Mini.
