Bearing maker Timken has entered into an agreement with Permatex to sell its range
of automotive and maintenance products in Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Permatex sells a range of hand cleaner, gaskets, fuel and fluid additives,
wheel care and lubricant products which will now be stocked in Timken warehouses
in Australia and Singapore for sale throughout Asia through the Timken network.

Permatex became an independent, privately-owned company in 1999 through a leveraged
