Hayes Lemmerz International on Friday said it would close its Huntington, Indiana, plant, which makes cast aluminium wheels, by the end of its fiscal second quarter as part of an ongoing plan to cut costs, Reuters reported.

The plant employs about 185 people and manufactures aluminium wheels for domestic automotive customers, the company said, according to the report.
