The French News Digest reports that Plastic Omnium hopes to supply car parts for 34 new car lines in 2006.

Plastic Omnium will assist the new car lines production through its subsidiaries Plastic Omnium Auto Exterior, specialised in body parts and modules, as well as the fuel systems maker Inergy Automotive System and the front-end modules maker HPBO.
It was reported that Plastic Omnium will participate in the restyling programme of the Renault Megane, and will also work on the new lines of Peugeot 207, Nissan Altima and Nissan Sunny, and Opel/Vauxhall Corsa.
The report also said that Hyundai and Skoda have recently contacted Plastic Omnium for their programme covering respectively the Terracan and Fabia lines.
For 2005, the orders granted by Renault, Nissan and Dacia accounted for 22 per cent of Plastic Omnium’s turnover, followed by Opel,with 20 per cent and PSA Peugeot Citroen with 17 per cent of turnover.
