Visteon Corporation has lured new vice president, treasurer and chief tax officer Brian Casey from a similar role at ArvinMeritor.

Casey joins on 1 February and will be responsible for all activities at Visteon related to treasury, tax and mergers and acquisitions, reporting to Jim Palmer, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Casey has nearly 30 years experience in tax and treasury, including extensive experience with global automotive suppliers. Before ArvinMeritor, he was assistant treasurer for Lear Corp.
