SBP is a manufacturer and supplier of steel and aluminum pressed parts to Land Rover UK and males steel panels for LDV’s own models.


It will be renamed Birmingham Pressings Limited and is located within LDV’s existing integrated facility in Drews Lane, Birmingham.


LDV interim CEO Charlie Megan said: “Given its location and strategic importance to LDV, the acquisition of SBP is a natural step and another positive move in further strengthening LDV’s supply chain.”
