Stellantis has launched the Fiat Topolino in the US, marking the company’s entry into the country’s micromobility segment.
The Topolino is a low-speed electric vehicle designed for use in neighbourhoods and lifestyle settings such as coastal towns, resort areas and private residential developments.

The Topolino quadricycle shares major components with Stellantis sister brand Citroen’s Ami model – which is available in European markets.
According to the company, the 2026 model and its Topolino Dolcevita variant are available in limited numbers through selected US dealerships, with prices starting at $13,995.
Technical specifications include a 5.4-kWh lithium-ion battery, a top speed of 19mph (30.5 km/h) and a maximum range of 46 miles.
Stellantis said owners will have the option to increase the Topolino’s top speed to 25mph through an LSV conversion kit, which is expected to become available by the end of summer 2026 and would allow the vehicle to be driven legally on public streets.
The company said the US launch responds to patterns it has observed among existing owners of low-speed vehicles, including golf carts, many of whom use such vehicles for purposes extending beyond their intended setting.
Under federal classification, LSVs are defined as vehicles reaching speeds of between 20mph and 25mph, permitted for use on public roads where speed limits do not exceed 35mph.
This distinguishes them from standard golf carts, which remain restricted to golf course use.
The Topolino launch is being positioned under Fiat’s contribution to Stellantis’ FaSTLAne 2030 strategy, which the company describes as centred on widening customer choice through design-led, accessible mobility options.
Fiat has additionally partnered with third-party outfitter Motori & Customs to provide customised Topolino editions and bespoke modification services to buyers in the US.
Fiat, which traces its history back more than 125 years, also markets the Fiat 500e in North America.
The company describes the 500e as its first battery-electric retail model in the region and says it holds the position of best-selling city EV in Europe.
The 500e is fitted with a 42-kWh battery and has an estimated range of 149 miles.
