Chery says that as the first expression of the FSCV strategy, Delivan introduces a new generation of intelligent, purpose-built commercial vehicles for urban logistics, last-mile delivery and fleet operations. It also confirms its entry into the UK and European markets as an OEM, offering a complete end-to-end solution spanning vehicles, charging, service, telematics and digital programmes, as well as aftermarket, warranty and lifecycle support.
At the heart of the global Delivan debut is a focused concept line-up that defines the brand’s direction, including the Delivan intelligent mobility show vehicle, alongside Chery Commercial Vehicle’s ‘micro-cargo’ and a ‘robot-cargo’ concepts – each demonstrating how FSCV translates into real-world logistics scenarios, Chery says.

The Delivan intelligent mobility show vehicle is designed for high-frequency, short-distance urban logistics, supporting last-mile delivery, e-commerce fulfilment and professional fleet use.
The ‘micro-cargo’ concept is suited to compact, multi-drop urban operations and local service fleets operating in dense city environments.
The autonomous ‘robot-cargo’ concept explores future logistics applications in controlled environments such as campuses, warehouses and urban delivery zones.
Chery says the Delivan is built around four defining characteristics – European branding, data-driven commercialisation, value sharing, and localised operations. It also claims the Delivan ‘establishes a new paradigm for international collaboration among Chinese automotive brands’.
Delavan sits at the centre of the FSCV vision, bringing together intelligent technology, modular design and ecosystem integration within a single, scalable system.

Its structure – the company says – is defined not by traditional vehicle lines, but by three layers of value – Delivan PRO, Delivan X and Delivan I – each aligned to different operational needs.
Each represents a different level of capability across service, customisation and intelligent technology, allowing solutions to be shaped around customer needs rather than fixed vehicle definitions.
Together, these layers ensure FSCV is not a single product, but a flexible, scalable system designed to support a wide spectrum of commercial applications.
According to Chery:
- Delivan PRO represents the smart service foundation of the FSCV strategy, delivering dependable, high-efficiency vehicles supported by robust service, uptime management and operational reliability for everyday logistics and fleet use.
- Delivan X introduces a standardised customisation layer, enabling vehicles to be configured more flexibly around specific operational requirements. Built on a modular platform, it supports adaptable formats and enables new vehicle configurations to suit different operational needs.
- Delivan I represents the intelligent technology frontier of FSCV – the most advanced and exploratory layer of the system. It is designed to support smarter decision-making, higher productivity and improved efficiency across complex operational environments. It also enables fleet operators to leverage data to reduce total cost of ownership.
An ‘ecosystem-driven’ approach
A defining feature of the FSCV strategy is its integrated platform approach, combining vehicles, software and data-enabled intelligence into a unified operational system.
Through integrated connectivity, Delivan vehicles operate as connected assets, enabling real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance and continuous optimisation. This supports improved efficiency, better utilisation and stronger productivity across fleet operations.
The FSCV strategy is designed to work closely with partners across logistics, infrastructure and service provision in the UK and Europe, ensuring solutions are shaped around local market needs.

Made for Europe – UK first market
Chery Commercial Vehicle (CCV), founded in 2001 and part of Chery Holding Group, says it has developed its FSCV strategy and Delivan range around the needs of European fleets and businesses.
With this strategic move, the UK has been selected as the first market for Delivan’s global debut, reflecting its position as one of Europe’s most advanced and influential commercial vehicle markets, as well as a key testbed for new mobility solutions.
Discussing the launch, Gong Yueqiong, Vice President of Chery Holding Group and General Manager of Chery Commercial Vehicle, said: “Our Future Super Commercial Vehicle strategy is designed to redefine the role of commercial vehicles in a zero-carbon, intelligent era. It is not simply about products, but about establishing a new paradigm – one that integrates technology, data and ecosystem capability to create greater value for customers.
“With Delivan, we are bringing this paradigm to Europe for the first time, combining global expertise with local development to deliver a new model for commercial vehicle innovation and international collaboration.”
Jolly Yang, Vice President of Chery Commercial Vehicle and CEO of Delivan, added: “With Delivan, we are introducing a new generation of commercial vehicles designed specifically for European operations. By combining intelligent systems, modular thinking and a connected ecosystem, Delivan enables fleets to operate more efficiently, adapt more easily, and deliver greater value across their lifecycle.”
Chery says the global debut of Delivan at the Commercial Vehicle Show marks the first step in Chery Commercial Vehicle’s FSCV journey in Europe, with further product development, partnerships and market expansion to follow.
