The report said Stephan Winkelmann will become the new chief executive on February 1 and that Fiat Germany is introducing a new organisation structure, with Winkelmann taking on the role of market general manager.
Business unit country managers responsible for the Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Lancia and Fiat Transporter brands as the after sales business will report to the Market General Manager, the Dow Jones report said.
