The partnership will leverage Beep’s operational know-how in autonomous mobility systems and ADASTEC’s automated driving system (ADS) technology and its relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
The combined will adhere to various safety and accessibility standards, including the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other pertinent regulations at both the state and federal levels, Beep said.
Beep’s platform, AutonomOS, is vehicle-agnostic and provides the necessary tools for operators to manage and scale autonomous vehicle (AV) mobility services. This includes vehicle and cabin supervision, fleet orchestration, and integrated workflow management.
Beep CEO Kevin Reid said: “Partnering with ADASTEC allows us to extend our autonomous mobility solutions to higher capacity, production-grade vehicles.

ADASTEC brings to the table its flowride.ai platform, which is an SAE Level-4 automated driving software equipped with a comprehensive sensor array.
The platform has been tested and validated in real-world conditions across the globe, and operates autonomously in mixed traffic without the need for human oversight, even in less-than-ideal weather conditions.
ADASTEC’s suite of sensors, including light detection and ranging (LiDARs), red, green, blue (RGB) cameras, and high-precision global navigation satellite system (GNSS), empowers buses equipped with its systems to safely travel at speeds of up to 35 miles per hour autonomously.
ADASTEC CEO Dr Ali Peker said: “Together, we are enabling scalable deployments of factory-fitted, full-size automated buses, combining our advanced automated driving technology with Beep’s operational expertise to deliver public transportation that is safer, more efficient, and truly accessible.”
