Alongside the #1 and #3, the Smart #5 offers a premium SUV experience equipped with electric drive, ADAS technologies and a ‘seamless, intelligent cockpit’.

Smart is a JV between Mercedes-Benz and Geely (established in 2019). The cars are made in China on a Geely platform, but the plan is for them to be marketed globally with Europe identified as a key market.
