Japan based car body die manufacturer, Miyazu Seisakusho Company Ltd has formed a joint venture with Sumi Motherson group of New Delhi to design, manufacture and sell car body dies in India.

Miyazu will hold a 51 % stake in the venture, while Sumi Motherson will hold a stake of 34%. The remaining 15% will be held by Japanese trading house Sojitz Corporation.
The tools will be designed entirely in India, making it the first company in the country to do so.
