Tata has a plant in Sanand which recently built its millionth car

Tata Motors has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) the Tamil Nadu state government which should lead to a new car factory.

The automaker expects to spend INR9,000 crore (US$1.3m) over five years and the factory could create up to 5,000 jobs.
