The device may also transmit information on the emission amount to a user's terminal and recommend a second time zone for redelivery based on the predicted emission amount.

The information processing device includes a controller that executes the calculation of the emission amount based on the scheduled route of the delivering vehicle. The emission amount is predicted for each of the first time zones in which the package can be redelivered. The device may further transmit this emission amount information to a terminal related to the user. Additionally, the controller can decide a recommended second time zone for redelivery based on the predicted emission amount for each of the first time zones. The device calculates the emission amount for each first time zone based on the distance the vehicle is predicted to travel for redelivery in each time zone.
