Shinji Aoyama, Honda’s global vice president, said: “We have gone back to basics and formulated the 0-series with a design for the new era. A bold and pure proportion that from the first glance is overwhelmingly different from other EVs to evoke a new perspective for people.”

The company also unveiled a new H badge which it said represents Honda’s commitment for next generation EVs.

The concept models making their world debut at CES 2024 were the Saloon and SpaceHub.

Honda plans to introduce a high performance BEV in the US in 2026 based on the Saloon concept which has a sleek design and is based on a low platform with a wide interior. It will feature advanced technology including Level 3 autonomous driving, connected, HMI instrument panel and energy efficient battery pack.

The Spacehub has a spacious cabin with enhanced visibility based on the thin, light, and wise approach.
