TI Fluid Systems has completed its acquisition of Cascade Engineering Europe (CEE), a Hungary designer and manufacturer of thermal fluid connectors and other complex plastic injection moulded components for the auto industry.

TI said CEE has a strong reputation for technical expertise and product quality with capability ranging from design and development to tooling, prototyping, and serial manufacturing.
