The first Jazz models will be shipped to the Belgian port of Ghent in June, Masaya Nagai, spokesman for Honda Motor (China) Investment Co., told Automotive News Europe.
The shipment will only be a couple of hundred cars, said Nagai. Honda only plans to make around 10,000 Jazz units in China for export this year.
Honda’s plant in Guangzhou in southern China builds only left-hand drive versions of the Jazz. The model is sold as the Fit in China.
