In an attempt to boost sluggish sales, General Motors said it would offer the same discount it gives to its US employees to anyone who buys a new GM car or truck throughout the country in the next month.
The program includes all GM vehicles except for the Chevrolet Corvette and GMC medium duty trucks, the Associated Press (AP) said, adding that the offer runs from June 1 to July 5.
GM reportedly said the new price would be prominently displayed on vehicles at dealerships.
