There was a report earlier this month that one of the four bolts used to attach a part in the suspension system broke and another dropped while the large truck was put into reverse, the company said.
The model was subject to a recall in September 2004 due to a defective suspension system, but it was recalled again in April this year because of continuing trouble.
”We take the matter seriously and intend to thoroughly implement preventive measures,” a company official told the news agency.
