Window airbags have just become available as an option on the Alfa Romeo 156 Sportwagon. In addition, a number of option prices for the Alfa 156, Sportwagon, and 166 ranges have been increased from 1 October. These changes also affect Alfa 156 (saloon and Sportwagon Lusso and Veloce) and 166 (Lusso) model prices.

Alfa Romeo’s recent range restructure, which was one of the earliest responses to pricing issues in the UK, was implemented back in April. It involved, on average, a 20% price reduction on all Alfa Romeo sports saloons and hatchbacks and, from last month, a 15% reduction on Alfa Spider and GTV sportscars.
