Global deliveries of Audi brand cars were little changed at nearly 65,000 units in October, according to Reuters.
The VW group unit reportedly forecast 2005 deliveries would be more than 820,000 vehicles and said orders for its new Audi Q7 SUV were running well ahead of expectations.
