Blog: Dave LeggettThe Car Connection

I have met with The Car Connection's Paul Eisenstein a couple of times in the past and I'm a big fan of his website. He was also a perfect host when I visited him in Detroit a few years back and I hope I can repay that courtesy sometime. I am a regular visitor.

just-auto deputy editor Graeme Roberts has drawn my attention to something that raised a few laughs around here. There's a review of the 2007 Dodge Caliber that contained this little gem:

"The Caliber also will sport one unique option that may change the world, or at least the smell of it. The new YES Essentials seat covering, Dodge says, is anti-microbial and odor-resistant. Are we as a society on the edge of a brave new world, thanks to fart-proof fabric? We can butt pray."
