Here in England, we've been used to van-based taxis as a substitute for the traditional black cab or family saloon for quite a while.

In New York, the SUV and minivan has supplanted the Checker and Crown Vic and now Nissan has got in on the act with the NV200.

This Nissan supplied video shows early reaction to the newcomer.
