I'm sitting here flicking through 'Car' magazine at the end of a long day and thinking about those Infiniti models featured in one of the articles. G35 and FX45 look like they might have a fighting chance in Europe - at least they should have if there's any justice. But the crushingly disappointing Lexus experience in Europe will be one for Patrick Pelata to ponder. Cracking the luxury market in the BMW/Merc/Audi heartlands won't be easy. Everything has to be right. Better to wait than to rush it. I'm looking forward to hearing Glenn Brooks' views on the subject - he's working on a piece for just-auto right now.
