Blog: Dave LeggettHummer O2

When creative types get together and put their thinking caps on, the results can be extraordinary. The Hummer sketch that won the design challenge at the LA Show is a case in point.

Like something out of Star Trek: '...revolutionary phototropic body shell that produces pure oxygen throughout the lifespan of the vehicle. Algae-filled body panels transform harmful CO2 into pure oxygen that is subsequently released back into the environment.' Nice idea.

On a slightly less visionary note, the press release issued by Kia on its Rondo crossover had one word in it that I hadn't come across before and had me smiling. The section about the new car's engines was headed, 'Giddyupidness'.
