How do you make car insurance interesting? Not easy. Just saying you're the cheapest or offer the best way in to the cheapest quote is probably the way to go. Anything else is maybe taking a chance. I must admit that the first time I saw the meerkat ad on TV, I was impressed. And I thought it was funny, pretty original (must have been some Eureka moment that market-meerkat wordplay thing was realised). And if you go to that's quite amusing, too. The creative people at the ad agency deserve some credit. Of course, I realise I am being manipulated by the clever people who design these cute creatures with their funny Russian accents. But hey, Aleksandr is a seriously cool dude and meerkats sporting smoking jackets and cravats obviously rock. Simples.
