Blog: Dave LeggettBattery range estimation innovation

Dave Leggett | 30 October 2014

EV battery range is an interesting area, not least because any discrepancy between claimed range and actual could be pretty significant when margins for error are low and distances travelled are not all that long. Researchers from North Carolina State University claim to have developed a new technique that allows users to better determine the amount of charge remaining in a battery in real time.
