Mazda will reveal a new concept, a facelift for the MX-5 roadster and new diesel engines for the 2 and 6 at Paris.

The Kiyora ('clean and pure' in Japanese) is a lightweight, next generation, urban compact concept.

It has a four-cylinder direct injection engine and Smart Idle Stop System for low fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

The concept car is on a new platform designed to maximise weight reduction and boost safety.

The updated MX-5 will also make its world debut, together with the 6 equipped with a newly developed MZR-CD 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine, and the 2 powered by a MZ-CD 1.6-litre diesel.
