Interior systems supplier Toyota Boshoku Corporation has inked a deal with Polytech Holding to acquire the Austrian company's interior business.

The interior business currently comprises eight manufacturing sites in Germany, Poland and South Africa and one development/research site in Germany.

The Austrian operation currently serves German automobile manufacturers including BMW, Daimler, Volkswagen and Opel as a supplier for interior parts such as door trims and ceilings.
