Visteon has announced a partnership with high-tech company QinetiQ. Visteon says the partnership will leverage the human system integration and systems engineering strengths of the two companies, bringing 'highly advanced electronics technology' into the vehicle environment.

QinetiQ will apply its cognitive management technology, originally developed for military aircraft pilots, to the automotive environment. QinetiQ's expertise in this area can help deliver electronic features for functionality and entertainment.
