SEAT Dealers have slashed up to 17% off the price of SEAT's most popular models in the biggest and most widespread price reductions ever made by the Spanish brand in Britain. The new lower prices affect ALL its range of cars available in the UK, and the generous offer began on 1 November and will run until the end of the year, for all retail customers.

The greatest saving is with the versatile 100bhp Toledo 1.6 - down from £13,895 to £11,490 - and the 110bhp 1.9TDi S, which combines luxurious comfort with 65.7mpg* fuel efficiency - reduced from £16,295 to £13,890. That's a reduction of a massive £2,405 per vehicle - or 17.3% and 14.8% less respectively! The 125bhp 1.8 20V Toledo, equipped with the stunning 'S' level of equipment, has been reduced by £1,805 (to an unbeatable £13,390).

Over £1,000 has been carved off the classy Cordoba and Cordoba Vario range. A 1.9 TDi will now cost you a cool £1,175 less, while the petrol-engined 1.6 S will keep £1,125 in your pocket.

SEAT's sexy little supermini, the Arosa, has received an extraordinary out-of-proportion price cut. The sporty £9,995 1.4 16V now costs just £8990 - a massive saving of 10.05% compared to its October price - while the 1.4 Automatic is also reduced by £1005. The three remaining Arosa models - the 1.0, 1.0 S and 1.7 SDi - now cost £705 less.

The best selling SEAT model, the dynamically designed Ibiza, has had
between £405 and £605 reduced. All eight versions, from the 1.4 to the Cupra 1.8 20VT, comes with air conditioning as standard.

SEAT Dealers have achieved the near impossible by making SEAT's newest model, the widely acclaimed Walter de'Silva designed Leon, even better value for money. The 180bhp 20VT Sport boasts a maximum speed of 142mph and 0-62mph in 7.7secs, and remains the most powerful car available for under £16,000. Having slashed an equally sporty £805 off the Retail List price, luxury, style and performance can be yours for as little as £15,190. This includes a six-speed gearbox, Climatronic air conditioning, driver / front passenger and side airbags, ABS, traction control, twin chrome exhaust, remote central locking, all-round electric windows and 16" alloy wheels all as standard.

Further savings are available right across the stunning five-seater hatchback Leon range. The 100bhp 1.6, with its lavish S level of standard equipment, is now available for under £11,000 having been reduced in price by £1005, while the automatic version costs £1055 less. The celebrated 110bhp 1.9 TDi SE - with a top speed of 120mph and impressive 65.7mpg* fuel efficiency, it combines class leading performance and economy - is now just £14,990!

One of the lowest priced and best equipped MPVs on the market, the SEAT Alhambra, hasn't been left out of this latest price bonanza, despite enjoying generous price cuts just two months ago. In the last three months, the cost of a 150bhp Alhambra 1.8 20VT S has been reduced by 10%. With this latest Dealer price cut, it now costs just £16,990 - almost £2,000 less than it did in August 2000.

Even the most popular SEAT Alhambra model, the recently redesigned TDi PD S, has received its second reduction in price since the introduction of the X-registration. The family favourite - which can cover almost 800 uninterrupted miles on a full tank of fuel, courtesy of its impressive 54.3mpg* fuel economy - now costs £1005 less than it did in August thanks to a further reduction of £405. It now costs a price-busting £18,590.
