IMPCO Technologies, Inc. announced today that J.D. Power III has been elected to IMPCO's Board of Directors. J.D. Power III has spent more than 40 years as a pioneer in customer satisfaction work, with the last 30 years as the founder of J.D. Power and Associates.

Power is chairman of Agoura Hills, California - based J.D. Power and
Associates, one of the most prestigious marketing information firms in the world. The firm numbers among its clients virtually every automobile manufacturer in the world, in addition to clients in many other industries. The firm's reputation as a premier resource of customer satisfaction data and consultancies has led to research and projects in a variety of industries including the airline, hotel, car rental, telecommunications, electric utilities, home building, and online investor trading. Case Company, a construction and farm equipment manufacturer, and was Director of Corporate Planning with McCulloch Corporation, a Los Angeles-based engine manufacturer.
