The proportion of automotive manufacturing and supply companies hiring for digital media related positions rose in July 2022 compared with the equivalent month last year, with 57.4% of the companies included in our analysis recruiting for at least one such position.
This latest figure was higher than the 50.8% of companies who were hiring for digital media related jobs a year ago but a decrease compared to the figure of 62.1% in June 2022.
When it came to the rate of all job openings that were linked to digital media, related job postings dropped in July 2022 from June 2022, with 2.9% of newly posted job advertisements being linked to the topic.
This latest figure was the lowest monthly figure recorded in the past year and is a decrease compared to the 3% of newly advertised jobs that were linked to digital media in the equivalent month a year ago.
