I'm feeling a little bit sorry for the people in the Land Rover marketing department today. The old adage that when you're down you don't seem to get the breaks springs to mind concerning an intiative that might have been just about okay a few weeks ago (if a little risky, even then) but really fell flat on its face in the midst of heightened security since last week's terror attacks. 'Slim box with a flashing green light' for a mailshot doesn't sound too sensible though, does it?
