Lack-lustrous?

Lack-lustrous?

I feel slightly guilty poking fun at this headline from the latest Iran Khodro media release but it's such a wonderful use of English that I couldn't not celebrate it.

IKCO's statement, which concerns its display at the recent Kiev motor show (the image which accompanies the press release isn't the best, is it?), also reveals that the firm is determined not to let EU and US sanctions hobble it. There is a quote from the Ukrainian minister for industrial development, which states that he hopes to see the brand launched locally. And possible CKD manufacturing? Don't bet against it - Iran Khodro continues to make a habit of installing assembly operations in multiple countries and then slowly building up a local sales presence.
