Some people may be a little surprised to hear that Volkswagen and Proton are talking about the possibility of VW using some of Proton's spare production capacity. I don't know exactly how distressed Proton is right now, but we had a nice feature from Tony Pugliese at the back end of last year that blew the lid off Proton's growing problems.
