The politics inside Volkswagen Group is hard to keep track of these days. But it's not too hard to imagine that Piech might like the idea of his beloved Audi much more integrated with Porsche. What do Piech and Wiedeking want to do ultimately? While Wiedeking might be happy with Porsche enjoying huge margins just as it is, maybe he is being pressured by Piech. How much added value would there be in taking Audi outside of VW Group and how much integration with Porsche is possible, how beneficial would it be?
