A meander around the blogosphere (specifically, Autoblog) over afternoon coffee and a naughty chocky muffin has brought me to an item about the Mini Clubman. If you click below link you can read an account of a reveal that took place at the Oxford plant yesterday. The target market for this larger Mini is interesting....maybe they figure they don't need to actively promote it to small families...but I thought the basic idea was to retain Mini customers as they outgrew the standard Mini (ie got married, had kids - 'active lifestyle' young families, brand aware, professionals, fairly affluent too, who are totally turned off by the idea of a mass market MPV).
