Was speaking earlier this morning to Rob Tickner over at Lotus Engineering in Hethel, Norfolk (not far from Norwich - 'Narridge, a fine city'). I rang him to talk about various content aspects of the Lotus Newsletter, ‘proActive’ - we at just-auto actually produce it for Lotus. During the course of the wide-ranging discussion, Rob mentioned that the first Lotus Elises are just making their way across to the USA – they're into containers and starting the long voyage across the Atlantic today. As one might expect, demand for Lotus cars in the US is some way ahead of supply – there’s an eighteen-month waiting list Stateside apparently.
