The latest newsletter from Lotus Engineering - proActive - has hit the stands. We produce it for Group Lotus.
In this quarter's issue there's an interview with LE's China manager, an interview with a mechatronics expert from the technical university at Dresden (student body 40,000 strong...) and an update on the technologies presented by LE at the just gone Geneva Show.
There's also a guide to fibre composites and the history of carbon fibre composites used at Lotus. Glass fibre was apparently first used over 5,000 years ago (not by Lotus) but who remembers Chris Boardman's eye catching bicycle at the Barcelona Olympics in '92...
