I must confess to not knowing very much about the city of Harbin in China, though I do recall the news story about polluted water at the end of last year. We’ve a piece from Mark Bursa that looks at Harbin’s vehicle manufacturer, Harbin Hafei. It’s another expanding vehicle maker to add to the list. But Harbin Hafei sounds like a company to watch because of its impressive engineering credentials – it was borne out of China’s national aerospace company and has engineered its own vehicles, makes its own engines.
