Glorious drive across the Cotswold hills of southern England to the office this morning. Crisp sunshine and no hold-ups. Windows down, wind in the hair (what's left of it that is) Paul Weller's Stanley Road album turned up loud. Treat for the senses. Infinitely better than being packed like a sardine into an ancient slam-door train on its way to London - which used to be my lot once upon a time. What a marvellous invention the horseless carriage is!
