Interesting note in my inbox today from Glenn Mercer of McKinsey. Glenn has offered some thoughts sparked by the content of yesterday's Editor's Weekly Highlights newsletter. One in particular jumped out of the page (okay, jumped off the screen) as it really does challenge the established thinking on diesel. Glenn says that the 'big surprise on the horizon may be research showing particulates contribute to global warming MORE than carbon dioxide... if true one can expect much schadenfreude from the USA if indeed the EU is contributing more to global warming than the USA!' I'm trying to get more details of the research from Glenn. Could be seismic.
