How do you go about producing an organisational chart for the auto industry globally? Not easy to do. Lines all over the place. I recall that US publication Automotive Industries did one a fair few years ago and it was a useful thing to refer to - listing things like equity stake percentages. But the chart was soon out of date of course. Someone at Crain Communications has had the bright idea of doing a new one and it came as a supplement to this week's Automotive News Europe. Someone over there certainly deserves some credit for putting the thing together.
