Blog: Ferrari cares

I was reading on Autoblog yesterday about a Ferrari 'passport' that gets you some rather splendid benefits. Marvellous that something like that really exists and that the company looks after a few special people in that way.
And then today I read that Ferrari has been voted the best place to work in Europe by something called the Great Place to Work Institute (I wonder if there's a sister organisation called Crap Place to Work Institute?). People must almost be prepared to kill to be able to say they work at Ferrari, so well done to Ferrari for investing in its people and, apparently, keeping them very happy.
I'm starting to get a small idea of the scale of things here in China, but really, I'm only scratching the surface of this vast country....
