We've a piece from Mark Bursa today that looks at the Chinese OEMs entering Russia. I knew it was happening from the bits and pieces I've picked up in our news in recent months, but I wasn't sure how seriously to take it. Mark's analysis of what's driving the move suggests that there is a reasonably solid basis to what they are doing. It's a logical next move for the Chinese and less difficult than, say, entering western Europe.
